bajix Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the company operating the bajix platform ("bajix", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member").

By accessing the bajix website (https://bajix.cam) or any part of it, registering, or using the services, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services — including online sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all promotions and bonus offers on bajix.

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To register and participate on bajix, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You are opening an account of your own free will and judgment.
• You are not involved in any professional sport where betting could create a conflict of interest.

2.2 Account Registration

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and do not share your login details with anyone.
• The account holder is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
• bajix may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 Account Closure

bajix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following cases: providing false information, fraudulent activity, system abuse, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

3.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits made with incorrect details may not be refunded.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• bajix reserves the right to reject any deposit or hold it for verification.

3.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used at account registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency and Tax

bajix processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any taxes, duties or legal obligations are the sole responsibility of the member. bajix is not liable for tax payments.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The bajix welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus:

• A 10x wagering requirement must be met after the bonus is claimed.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is available only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Some games may not count toward the wagering requirement — bajix updates this list from time to time.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers have a set expiry — unused bonuses are cancelled once the expiry period ends.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, such as multiple accounts or artificial betting patterns, will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bajix reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

The bajix VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Tiers are based on active play. bajix reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned.
• bajix's records are considered final in determining results.
• bajix reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts resulting from a technical system error.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

bajix uses fair play principles and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing with bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities for an advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

bajix may set a maximum payout limit on a single bet for specific games or events. This limit may change — the applicable limit is displayed on the relevant game or betting page.

6.1 Data Protection

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

bajix is committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, bajix reserves the right to suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities. All members must cooperate with identity verification when required.

7.1 Our Commitment

7.2 Protection of Minors

All content on the bajix website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of bajix or the relevant game providers. Members are granted only a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

• Copying, distributing or reusing any content from bajix.
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's source code.
• Creating fake sites or services using bajix trademarks or branding.

9.1 Limited Liability

bajix is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or account credential leaks.
• Force majeure — service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war or government orders.

9.2 Changes to Terms

bajix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company operating bajix is registered. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority over any legal proceedings.
